Implementing project activities in South Asia

In South Asia, the task of implementing project activities is being taken up by Toxics Link that has been designated as the Regional Hub.

The project activities are being taken up in countries that have signed, ratified or acceded to the Stockholm Convention namely Bangladesh, India, Iran, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The work in the region is primarily done in English.

The South Asia Hub has been working at identifying and matching NGOs in the region to the possible IPEP activities based on their interest and capacities. It offers requisite support to NGOs during the whole process of identifying an issue to preparing a Project Activity Memorandum describing the activity and methodology and much beyond.
